Hi there! I'm a seasoned Data Evangelist that believes in the Power of Data from Landshut, Germany. I used to work in Berlin, Barcelona and Munich. Currently, I lead the digital transformation for the Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller as a Data Strategist in the Group Marketing Service (GMS). I have many years of experience as a Manager and Executive Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Data/Business Analyst and Consultant in Offline, Digital and Hybrid markets in e-Commerce, FMCG Market and the Financial Loan Sector. I have experience in many different languages such as SAP BW, Python, SQL, R, CSS, JavaScript, matlab and interactive data visualization software such as SAP SAC, Tableau, modeanalytics, PowerBI and Google Data Studio, built on SAP DWC, Snowflake and Enterprise Data Warehouse approaches, however my favorite combination is Python & SQL with Tableau.
Previous Data / Business Intelligence station have been smava GmbH and Europcar.
I graduated from Freie Universität Berlin, Germany in Geophysics and Astrophysics, where I also published as one of the first Geophysicsts research papers on 3-D magnetotelluric models about near-surface structures down to 10 km depth in cooperation with the GFZ Potsdam and Dr. Heinrich Brasse
Used in all my projects, either via PostgreSQL, mySQL or in Python SQLAlchemy as connector
Used to build ETL Pipelines, aggregation on Big Data sets, creating an ORM Migration Software, typical ML/Deep Learning with scikit, numpy, pandas and visualize in plotly, matplotlib and ggplot
Used to provide for Marketing, Product and Sales stakeholders interactive reports
Created Ad-hoc reports with Alerts to monitor live time data on heavy data sets running through Spark
I used to build and work with several normalized structured and non-structured DWH in MariaDB, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, MySQL, MongoDB.
Scripting in R to move datasets and validate consistency of sets
